The virtual counter for entrepreneurs ("ondernemers" in Dutch) provides information on product and services from both the municipality and the public domain. All this displayed in an  easily accessible manner to ensure that the entrepreneur can find the information he is looking for, without having to crawl through a myriad of websites. From the safety and comfort from your home or office one can now obtain answers to questions on a 24/7 basis pertaining to issues regarding business locations, permits or financial aid schemes.
One may even apply for certain services on line.

The virtual counter for entrepreneurs is constructed for those who have a good knowledge of the Dutch language. Anyone who can't read Dutch is advised to contact the Department of Economic Affairs of the city of Amsterdam.
